Fantastic politician and woman of principle.

Figures |

By:
So principled she backed remain along with Philip Hammond.
By:
And your point is?
By:
Career politicians
By:
Donald will eat her alive.
Go Donald, go. |
By:
Yes but you seem to be implying that she isn't principled because she voted remain.
By:
She sidestepped a question about whether she wanted to be prime minister and focused on explaining why Britain should stay in the EU. May said: “That is one of my messages in terms of the issue of the referendum, actually we shouldn’t be voting to try to recreate the past, we should be voting for what is right for the future.”
By:
I still don't see your point re how she voted.
She voted to remain but the majority of those who voted chose to leave. She is ignoring her own feelings on the matter and doing what she is paid to do which is represent the voters wishes. |
By:
Funny how straight after the referendum Brexiters wanted a leave supporter as P.M..
By:
Again how does that reflect on whether she has principles or not?
By:
Good luck akabula.
Wading through Bleeding Mad's nonsense is futile. |
By:
plenty on there aka
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theresa_May |
By:
Wiki? Really?
![]() BM made a statement implying a lack of principles bus is unable to back it up with facts. Typical lefties ploy. |
By:
wiki indeed, there are plenty of facts on there with sources
if you ridicule those then thats your choice seems as if you have a closed mid on the subject |
By:
mind
By:
Donny Wiki can be edited and anything put in. As a source of info I view it very suspiciously.
Anyway can you explain why May voting to remain and then subsequently becoming PM shows a lack of principles? |
By:
That wiki link doesn't highlight any lack of principles for TMay donny.
By:
She is placing uncertainty on this Country due to her continued mishandling of Brexit.
If she is so principled why is she damaging the business confidence in our Industry Banking? |
By:
I can't believe people who expect politicians to have principles.
Where have you been the last 50 years. Scandal after scandal after scandal ... labour, tory and liberal. I'm just old enough to remember Harold Wilson's lavender list right through to MPs getting away with stealing tax payers' money (but called expenses) ... only a handful prosecuted. Politicians, principled ... wakey wakey. At least Donald's not a politician, even if he does tell porkies. |
By:
Yer all over the place with your arguments BM.
Mishandling Brexit? How? You really need to stop reading soundbites and rely on facts. As regards banking what specifically are you meaning? |
By:
may said it would be bad to leave single market, she isnt fighting for that, or at least
it seems that she is not. ....maybe she is , but saying she isnt. we shall see of our politicians i find her one of the better ones, but i dont think she is strongly principled |
By:
Let's talk about Jeremey's principles should we BM?
Lobbied against the EU for decades, becomes leader and changes his tune to follow the party line. Hilary Benn explained to him it was Remain or you can't lead the party. Then Jeremy loses his voice on the whole campaign. What a wilting hypocrite. |
By:
Noble principled people these Conservatives..

By:
donny
just for fun, can you name me a senior politician in the last 50 years who you consider to be principled? One that you would trust with your life. One that can't be bought. Any party |
By:
Well I don't think anything she has done so far points to an unprincipled person.
As regards leaving the single market May cannot say anything else and must come across as ready to leave the EU no matter what. Bit like a poker player and she'll play her cards when needed. She obviously wants a good deal for the UK but is realistic enough to know that it'll be the same for the EU delegates. Much has been said about the lack of information being given out but surely the more she says on what she's willing to compromise on then the weaker our hand. |
By:
i dont think i can mememe
not at national level anyway we always need to remember that they do it for a living |
By:
Changed from any politician to any senior politician meme.
You would make a great politician. ![]() |
By:
yep, I agree donny.
It's a sad, isn't it? |
By:
i dont know whether you would say it was a great act of principle but i found the resignation of estelle morris as secretary of state for education rather refreshing. she admitted she just wasnt up to the job and so left her role.
kate hoey regularly votes against her own party as did the great british eccentric ann widdecombe. |
By:
By the time her Negotiating team have wrapped all the trade deals in 7-10 years time these Politicians will
be long gone ,the Country will be broke and they will be remembered as the fools who initiated the will of the tabloids. |
By:
Breeding,
Weren't the tabloids, except mail and express, for Remain? |
By:
Have you ever considered that you could be wrong BM?
Considering that you are a clueless buffoon. ![]() |
By:
Just looked.
Guardian and Mirror Remain. |
By:
Meme I gave you a principled politician and a senior one at that in TM.
By:
Doesn't matter how good she is it doesn't suddenly make Brexit a good idea.
By:
BM feck knows what goes on in that mind of yours but coherent thought isn't seems sadly missing.
By:
Haven't the economists revised their projections though BM?
TMay probably scoffs at project fear and feels more confident moving forward. |
