He made a mistake. Yes embarrassing. Yes insensitive to the family,.
But when compared to what is happening to this country, with thousands homeless, people dying from being refused benefits, patients unable to be treated in hospital, people unable to get treated in their homes. Thousands in poverty and queues at food banks growing daily.. I think some perspective is required. |

How many British Homeless people will Facts be giving a home to, given his apparent concern, and in the light of his assurances that he would be giving a home to a Syrian Refugee?
Remember, he told us it was 'the only moral and humanitarian thing to do'. |

But the marches in this country were mainly against trump - they seem less interested in the misogyny of certain other groups. They seem to scram anti trump messages rather than other issues closer to home.

Labour is becoming a fringe party with the hapless Corbyn as leader. They will be lucky to win 100 seats in the next election.

FFS leave Jeremy alone.
He's doing more to bu99er up the libtards than Donald could ever dream about. Let's hear it now ... Jezzer, Jezzer, Jezzer Yez, yez, yez. Don't you just love thickie socialists. |

This sort of thing happens all the time, with wrong information leading to errors.
As soon as Corbyn does it... Surprise surprise, the press will be all over it. It has been proven beyond doubt, whether you like, support or are interested in Corbyn or not, that he has had and continues to get the most (by volume) negative publicity, ever, of any politician. He's frightening the establishment, and not for the reasons you lot think. It never stops, the geezer hasn't had a chance since before he got his job. Tie on, Tie off. Bow or not bow. Turn up or not turn up, etc etc. I mean, if this is the biggest error that can be found you should all be baying for him to be PM instead of the current unelected one. (Weird isn't it. All over this forum was Gordon Brown was never voted for as PM, we should have an election. The same thing happens with May, not a peep. Sums this place up). |

i was more concerned with may trying to become a dictator than
worry about tories stepping aside to allow a remoaner become their leader. what on earth deal was done there will take decades to come out |
|
By:
Yep and 2 of the reasons for the polls are; The (anti) publicity machine - which I mentioned. And, polls - they're always spot on aren't they?

ids got quite a bashing as tory leader as did 15 pint haig
but then project bliar was in full flow |

I should think the Belfast police officer, if hopefully he was well enough to hear about Corby's mix up, might have a bit of a chuckle at it.
|
|
By:
someone might tell Corbyn that by keeping silent we can avoid causing the least damage or harm
|
|
By:
it's easy to stay silent.
|
|
By:
with all Corbyn's ideas and follies it would be better
|
|
By:
What good would it do to hear anything more from Corbyn if this is the sort of thing that occurs ?
I don't know. |

You remember it well do you SF? Just how many years ago was that? ![]() |

No one votes for a PM,you vote for an MP.hth

I think he shouldn't be in the position he is but this is pitiful stuff to be criticizing him over. He meant no harm and his intentions were honorable.

I am a corbyn supporter - but he will never make it. IMMIGRATION and the EU. It is very sad.
|
|
By:
most people won't have a clue who their local MP is. generally they will vote for a party or leader of said party
we all know corbyn is totally incompetent but surely he should have some advisers who have the vaguest scooby to prevent him for making such a embarrassing mistake. they spend ages preparing for PMQs |

it gets worse
to fight the stoke by election jeremy has selected his mate who tweeted that brexit was sh1t sh1t sh1t. this in an area that voted 70% for brexit. labour have gone from 1.83 to 2.42 to win. UKIP gone almost identically the other way in the market. that's ironic given traditional labour voters are looking the other way to what jeremy looks. |
|
By:
Corbyn, Abbot and Thornberry are the Holy Trinity for Labour opponents. They shed votes by the thousands everytime they open their mouths.
|
|
By:
He's frightening the establishment, and not for the reasons you lot think.
Laughable, the supporters of Corbyn are desperate to blame anyone else but the most obvious culprit. |
|
By:
FFS I won't tell you all again.
Leave Jezzer alone. He's just what we need in these dire times. Like Michael Foot was all those years ago. Michael was a gift to the conservatives, Jezzers a gift to UKIP. |
|
By:
I understand Nige has sent Agent Corbyn a communique thanking him for his efforts.

Jeremy may have is faults but he usually tells the truth and doesn't change his views like the weather not like most of the freeloaders and liars at Westminster
