Cancelled 80 flights this afternoon because it MIGHT snow..ffs!..any old excuse will do to cause major disruption.

After at least 50 emails they finally sent a cheque reimbursing me for two cancelled flights last summer. And which bank does this great British company draw its cheques from, I hear you ask? That other great British institution Deutsche Bank. Naturally.
