I agree with dr atkins.

When I used to bet on horseracing, football, specials etc I was reasonably happy with the betfair customer service.  They did not understand the finer points of betting on horseracing but  I just asked for a manager who would understand.  Indeed a manager offered me a  job at betfair taking bets because I knew more than their staff about horseracing.

However, when I started playing poker on betfair then the faecal matter hit the fan. A lot of them did not understand poker and when I asked to speak to a manager they nearly always said there was no manager on duty!!!   I found that although they could speak english when you are discussing complicated things then their english was not up to it.

I had a problem with horse racing and
got really exasperated when I couldn't understand the guy I got through to...  Funny thing was he could understand me and handled the problem well.
