Tragic and I sincerely hope those guilty die in the process of being arrested but 12 and 11 years old!! Are they sure about that?

I honestly thought it was a typo. The 12 year old looks mid 20's. Hope they get the cowardly scum bags who did this. The car used wouldn't look out of place in a scrap yard... how was that wreck driving around the streets?
