An equal percentage from every country, would that be a good thing or a bad thing?

a lot of people believe the rapture happens this year. If it does, there will be a lot of empty houses and less workers, a bump in wages. Like the time the black death hit. On the downside anyone left will be a bit despondent.. but don't worry they say it was something else. Aliens or a gamma burst?

Cremating all the dead bodies quickly would be a grim job. And there would probably be terrible lawlessness for a while, unless it could be arranged that all the bad uns were amongst the departed.

People like me would be needed for our common sense and level headedness in a crisis. You wouldn't see me looting a telly or a pair of trainers.

oliver reed made a film around 1972. zero population growth. it's on ytube, but in italian.

looks fkin depressing. Rita Tushingham of total depressing actress fame, is in it.
It's based on some bozos book about there being a ideal level of population for the planet?

...although there was that star trek episode where they get a disease from Kirk to kill the population off in a planet end to end with sardines. So i'm guessing it's an idea from pulp sci-fi writers from the thirties. they idjits came up with all the modern theories in science... like multi-verse theory.
