im not sure how they can work as a test scheme when you end up
with folk near neighbours but streets apart in the way the state will
treat them?
good luck getting the unwilling to work to take a job when they are

We're already running with a £15billion black hole in Scotland but heh how can you put a price on votes.
A guaranteed abject failure that will be declared a success. A bit like Obamacare in the USA.
