The time delay from nerve sensations getting to your noggin is so bleeding minuscule, you couldn't notice the difference even if there was one.

if the speed is so quick then you should correspondingly feel the difference
the brain must wait for the second signal

OK, the best way to test this is to get two friends, each holding a lit match (fire makes us jump). 3-2-1 go and see what you react to first. Simples
