I love game of thrones but I am on the second book, clash of kings, and it still annoys me that george martin has not provided a guide to all the new words he uses, or am I mistaken?
I looked online and came across a dictionary of sorts, but loads of words were not in it.
If you have only ever seen the series I would recommend reading the books as it does enhance the viewing pleasure. I have often wondered whether it is better to read first or see first but in the instance of game of thrones I think see the first series and then read the book etc. Or even see one episode then read the first couple of chapters.
