Does anyone remember her back in the 80s? She was a serious economics correspondent and even appeared on Question Time, unsmiling, wearing a black leather jacket. I always think the cook thing was a deliberate choice when it dawned on her there was a fortune to be made.

I'm sure the daughter of a Lord/Chancellor of the Exchequer and a multi millionaire mother wasn't overly bothered about money. Seems like she got bored and decided to cook.

Christine Keeler looks like Nora Batty compared to Nigella's real mother.
First time I noticed her was in the 90s on the Newsnight art review sections. She was always attractive, but I much prefer the fuller figured Nigella
