Agreed but why just for pilots? I would have hoped they would be quite trustworthy.
Report workrider December 27, 2016 9:43 AM GMT
Laugh Joel.
Report Torquemada December 27, 2016 9:53 AM GMT
No doubt the loony left libtards will oppose this scheme, they hate truth and fairness.
Report bigmo December 27, 2016 10:16 AM GMT
Ken Livingstone already moaning about it.

I think pilots are a good target area for such a scheme given that they are upstanding citizens and require long rest periods between flights.
Report Ramruma December 27, 2016 12:15 PM GMT
Voter fraud is almost entirely based on postal votes so this ID scheme is:

a) irrelevant
b) the thin end of the compulsory ID cards wedge.
Report sixtwosix December 27, 2016 1:00 PM GMT
sure there is a link between these pilot choices , but for the life of me I can't work it out.
Report saddo December 27, 2016 1:32 PM GMT
ID cards needed to keep the illegals out imo.
Report donny osmond December 27, 2016 1:37 PM GMT

whilst we need to make it easy for folk to vote we need to stamp out

Report Torquemada December 27, 2016 2:35 PM GMT

Report Ibrahima Sonko December 27, 2016 2:36 PM GMT

Electoral fraud a big problem in muslim enclaves of Britain. What a surprise! Apparently, a candidate in Tower Hamlets won with 127% of the vote.
Report horusisis December 27, 2016 3:19 PM GMT
we dont need ID what we need is a contract between the politicians and the voters, and then if they go against their promises they can be held to account
Report Danno December 27, 2016 4:03 PM GMT
Missus votes for me by proxy for May elections as I go on hols that time of year. They never ask to see the proxy card or ask for any ID. Just wave her through to the booth with two voting papers.
Report wildmanfromborneo December 27, 2016 5:22 PM GMT
Torquemada gets it.

Not alone do they block vote but they vote for those not interested.

Its crazy allowing a group that hate your people and your culture a vote.
Report PorcupineorPineapple December 27, 2016 5:39 PM GMT
How much electoral fraud was there at the last election?
Report mobo December 27, 2016 6:50 PM GMT
I wonder which of these communities they mention are involved in this fraud??
Report mobo December 27, 2016 6:52 PM GMT
It is probably those lazy oikes on honkey sink estates who can't be bothered to get of their sofas - so someone goes round and hoovers up the votes ho ho ho
Report Shab December 27, 2016 8:37 PM GMT
Why not change the whole system to have voting done on-line? An easy method would be for the banks to have a link from behind their security to a voting platform - to get there you would have to log in to your bank. Who would give their on-line banking details to somebody else?

The reason they don't want on-line voting is obvious. We might ask for referendums - and they won't want that, would they?
