Other than Aaronovitch who writes for the Guardian, I've no idea who these people are.

Incredible scenes. How on earth did this contestant get on the show? No, better not answer that.

An appalling new low for an already heavily dumbed-down show.

A performance so dreadful that it even made this political statesman's effort looked competent.

What makes this even worse is that the questions are easier than they used to be and easier still for the 'celebs'.
Most of the people (I reckon about 90%) of theose I've seen on Celebrity Mastermind strike me as being spectacularly thick.

Yeah my impression is the Qs were made easier when it was revived.

I'm gonna test the theory by looking at an old Magnus one on You Tube and then a Humphreys one.

Caught this last week and Thomas Turgoose - actor from This Is England- was asked what the T stood for in a hospital department... Ear, Nose and?...

He said Testosterone.  John Humphrys laughed at him, who can blame him  Laugh

The worst answer was several years ago when one of the so called celebs was asked "And your name is?" his answer was "If I knew the questions were going to be this hard I would have studied harder!"

If you don't know either the capital of Egypt or which fruit cider is usually made from then it is probably best not to volunteer to go on Mastermind.
