The sound is fine,the problem is when i put headphones in,no sound through phones. checked phones on other device and working ok.help greatly appreciated.

Are you using windows 10? if so, this happened to me after I received an update from Microsoft. I just googled "headphones not working after windows 10 update": and it appeared to be a common problem with plenty of info on how to get your sound back. It was something to do with the driver I think, I am sure i had to uninstall the driver and then restart my laptop so it would automatically reinstall the driver (but I would check google first)

Try going into control panel sounds and devices then Audio then advanced sound playback click on headphones.

Normally it should be detected by laptop so it could be a driver in which case try updating driver
if not uninstall driver and reinstall with driver from laptop make website. |
