Dropped my iphone 5 today and the screen is smashed to bits. Anyone had one replaced? any advice please?

Steve my son smashed his,
My daughter got him a new screen off eBay for £7 delivered came with the tools to fix it and she did it herself Looks as good as new. She watched a YouTube thing where a guy showed u how to do it |
