What exactly does she mean by 'not open'? In what way has access to people been blocked? This sort of meaningless statement doesn't help anybody. Snooker was being accused of not doing enough to get black players into the game too.

Aye, 2016 and we have awards for black artists only, last week a season of black films on tv. It may be well meant but it is blatantly racist and, imo, divisive, how many years will this be allowed to go on?
It's just silly, but the usual suspects who throw the racist card at the drop of a hat will no doubt think it's fine.
Education doesn't have this problem. Growing up every school I went to had a black board.
