It's the fault of processed foods Zorro, full of carp especially sugar and salt. Have been there myself.
Only "cure" is to cut them out completely and go back to basics. Eat mainly animal protein including fish, fruit and veg and only a small amount of carbs. Absolutely no added sugar, ever. It's a lifestyle choice, you have to stick with it, not a short term diet. |

When we are in our twenties Zorro...we are probably at our physical and mental peak.
But what do we know about life , most people not a lot because we believe everything we are told.I know I did ![]() When we are older we should be a bit wiser. Our obesity is nobody else's concern except ourselves, although though is no harm in a bit of exercise and a healthy diet if we choose. |

In the past, I think people did a bit more physical exercise, because they would have to go out more, and probably walk more.
Neither could they afford rich food. So they were healthier without choice. Today we are lazier and we eat more rich food, more sugar and fat. |

Absolutely too much sugar in so many foods. The biggest culprit for weight gain though is wheat, especially refined wheat, which also has high sugar content.Found in white and wholemeal bread, cakes, pies, biscuits and most breakfast cereals( even so called healthy varieties)
