I see a well meaning neighbour has thrown out bread as it's chilly, and it's white and I think they should really be throwing out a sort of wholegrain?

I mean I'm not THAT bad.

C4 News tonight willl apparently have John Snow interviewing a pigeon and apologsing for the "demonmisation of Birds" by alfred hitchcock, then giving the keys to the city to a miliant radical Emu who wants to behead all mammals. According to Snow "It doesn't matter how much of a f*cked up nutcase you are, as long as you aren't white and British we'll support you".

i like warbuton white for french toast, wholegrain for toast with tomatoes. bagels for messy sandwiches, I choose all sorts for different reasons. I make cheap pizzas with pitta bread.

what's really bad is soya flour in bread. have we to wait another ten years before the experts come out of their research labs and tell us it's killed thousands?
it's a gut irritant. It was used as a bulking agent in cardboard boxes, in between layers of card. Its a filler. a dangerous filler. to make a cheaper product. real wheat flour is more expensive. the wheat prices were raised ten years ago. This stuff is now in everything baked.
Bake off contestants don't use it? but we are eating it? kill us slowly so we don't notice it happening?
