got chatting to him in a pub in Hampstead once at the height of his "fame". He's a thoroughly nice bloke and not guilty iyo.

You are basing his innocence on the fact you shared a beer with him and he 'seemed' a nice bloke?

By:
And that he shares his pork scratchings.

well he did spend a long time in the carsi now you mention it, but nothing wrong with my logic in this instance. He would have mentioned it if he was dodgy.

my google skills have uncovered the reference.
I liked McGrath on They think it's all over, at the time when Posh and Becks were all the rage. Every week he used to mercilessly tease and abuse them but in particularly her, she once called him that ugly bastard. |

assuming in the King William there was a fair chance that you may come in to contact with a Prince Albert

my old man god rest his soul, a man of the cloth, wondered in to the King William to look for my brother when we were teenagers, when two inter-railing girls came knocking for him.
He knew he was in one of the pubs in Hampstead, but didn't know the pubs well at all. I tagged along and me and the girls sat in the car waiting for him to come back. Was quite comical. Looked like he'd seen a ghost when he eventually made it back from the King William. |
