5 wise people then.
never saw it myself. |

They would be wise to keep their miserable seething to the privacy of their own homes in my view, not bore the nation with it on prime time television.

You could have watched something else?
People need to know how mental it is that Trump will soon be president of America!! |
|
By:
I will watch something else if it remains at that level of turgid rubbish.
Bring back Angus Deayton I say, now there's a man who knows how to enjoy himself. It's tough to imagine Merton or Hislop snorting coke from a hooker's tits, the whinging spoilsports. |

Was one of my favourite shows when it began, in the beginning it was all about humour but now it is no more than a political broadcast. All very sad and very bbc.

Started watching it but so disrespectful to the US people and their democratic choice, switched off.
I just don't understand people who support the democratic process then become bitter and illogical when the outcome is not what they wanted. Crags, you're a good example. |

I enjoyed it.
Each to their own I suppose. |

Still my favourite programme of the week. I don't think it's lost any of its appeal at all.
I do however cringe whenever they have politicians guesting on the programme. I amazed that politicians volunteer to go on there as they must know that they are going to have the pish taken out of them. I sometimes cringe when they get 'attacked', and sometimes change channels until they move onto the next guest. I'm not a TV cringe lover! It makes me feel uncomfortable when politicians get picked on. But that's just me! |

Five intelligent, talented, perceptive, diverse and funny individuals all united at their sheer disbelief at events.
I can't really see the issue. I you can't find humour in the events of this week of all weeks, may God help you. |

Merton is the unfunniest man on TV. How he has made a career off that show is incredible.
Hislop is 50 times wittier and hes a full time journalist ffs |
|
By:
Merton is and always has been the star of the show. Very quick witted.
|
|
By:
I agree. I've seen it live and Merton is a lot more quick witted in the live recording compared to the rehearsals.

Four BBC Gravy train season ticket holders and a token American. Funny as cancer!
