I have a toaster and it has a dial on it.If I turn it up to high the toast burns.now nobody in my house eats burned toast. In fact all my life anyone I ever met never told me that the eat black burned toast.i never ever heard of anyone who eats black toast. So my question is "why do toaster companies make toasters that can burn bread black if they are turned up high.Confused

try freezing a slice of bread and then putting it in the toaster at the highest level.

If it still burns then i don't know mate. Its just science.
