Capitalists desire free movement of labour - Remainers support this.
80% of big business backed remaining within the EU.
The EU elevates the needs of the European Central Bank over the livelihoods of the people in Greece.

The financial crisis of 2007-2008 was the injury
An oversupply over labour ( free-movement/ EU expansion)  was the insult to that injury

The OP makes a good point. Let me explain it for you: The Brexit vote has been liberally interpreted as an inarticulate cry of pain from the "left behind" people of Britain, by the very cabal who will now guide the country on the course out of the EU, that is May, Hill and Timothy. They are condescending to you whilst robbing you blind. Enjoy the ride, you gullible fools.

in a nutshell if the american government had of allowed regulation on practises by their banks the crisis would not have happened.

european banks wouldnt have bought very dodgy loans.
banks in spain greece ireland uk etc wouldnt have got into serous trouble.

yet its freedom of movement´s fault LOL

the uk suffered less because we were able to attract more workers here on lower wages.
which propped up growth.

imo if there was no freedom of ovement we would ahve seen things get very bad

The government was spending fortunes paying tax credits and housing benefits for many of these low paid workers, thereby subsidising employers, that is unsustainable.

that wont make businesses pay more.

that will just make the poor struggle even further.
the system has been way out of sync for a while.

control houses to the point people dont need to claim benfits .....dont just directly hit the people who need them.

It's a bit late really, and cramming more people into a creaking system simply hasn't worked. The stopping of benefits to immigrants would have worked, only those who could afford to live here would have come. There would have been less of them and they would be contributing to the services they use.
