It's not just the award-winning 'Newham Recorder' that brings you all the news that's fit to print. Far from it.
No sir, right across our land on all points of the compass we see Enriched Modern Britain emerging before our eyes, and we can only swoon in gratitude at the results. Let's look at some examples.
1. You've all heard about people travelling halfway across the world to get to Britain, right? Sadly here's someone who is going in the very opposite direction. This Dudley-based Holy Man was reportedly too ill to go to court to answer a load of impertinent questions about sexual assaults on girls at a, erm, mosque. Still, he was found guilty in absentia.
Thanks though to the miracle of prayer and modern medicine, by the VERY NEXT DAY this convicted sex offender wasn't too ill to board a plane, unchallenged, and flee to Bangladesh.
I expect this is just a silly big old misunderstanding and he'll be reporting back here for duty just as soon as the Bangladesh-England Test Series has finished.

2. After a mere 6 years on the run, another convicted sexual offender who fled these shores has belatedly been apprehended in Tenerife. In his earlier days he had left behind a doubtless grief-stricken Bangladesh to grace Genteel Cheltenham with his enriching presence. With not entirely unpredictable results.

3. Some news now from a few UK prisons, which is quite a surprise given Britain's uncanny inability to incarcerate many serious offenders.
This chap won't be offending again. He was in jail for robbery and some very serious offences involving guns and ammo, but naturally all he wanted was to be a 'better man'. Some other prisoner with a hunting knife had other ideas. A relative of the deceased demands that the prison is "shut down". It's "unsafe" there you see. Well, the place is full of criminals after all. The Guardian newspaper is seemingly heartbroken about it all though, judging by the tone of this report.

4. More astonishing UK prison news, A prisoner has been battered to death by his cellmate with a flat screen television set. Is this a first?
Many will wonder why on earth is a prisoner is allowed access to a TV set in his cell. I'd be more inclined to ask why his cellmate is at liberty to consume "legal high" drugs anywhere in a prison. (The Guardian newspaper asks neither question as far as I can see).

5. Come with me now far away from the foul air of grubby prisons to the fragrant land of Kent, the very Garden of England.
But hang on, what's this awful perfume I can detect hanging in the air here? Oh no, it's the stench of the authorities failing to act on REPEATED warnings about a psychiatric nurse's behaviour towards women, and that nurse subsequently being jailed for life after being convicted of a trifling 13 offences of rape and/or sexual assault on 'vulnerable' women.

But all's not lost. Phew! A 'Review' has been undertaken and 'apologies' made to the many victims of the rapist's umpteen serious crimes.
The only box now left unticked is the one that involves an unnamed individual telling us that 'lessons will be learned'. Move along please, nothing to see here.

6. As any lefty will tell you, this country 'couldn't survive' without unfettered Mass Immigration. YOUR MONEY paid for State Benefits reportedly received by migrants in the story below, plus of course the "millions of pounds" the investigation and prosecution eventually cost. All you have to do now is to pay for their jail time.
Still, I'm sure this was all 'a small price to pay' for the joy of seeing a Czech migrant coming all the way to Plymouth, just to wash your car.

7. Let it never be said that all immigration is bad, because it isn't. With this in mind, I now ask you all to examine your conscience, look in your heart and see what you can spare for the REAL genuine victims of oppression who come here as refugees to rebuild their shattered lives.
I don't mind admitting I had tears in my eyes reading this.

MI5 former agent on radio 4 this morning describing how he foiled an attempt by a muslim extremist to blow up a bus full of schoolchildren, in England.
He observed the religious maniac, a man, going into a mosque and coming out dressed in full burka.
Almost the first words out of the BBC Interviewer was don`t we all feel how terrible it must be for the poor muslim women to be made to feel under suspicion.

These poor people were accidentally mentioned by a racist policeman on a motorway programme. He said 'we arrest them, deal with them, then they go back to their country and before you know it, they are back on the M1. He the policeman is on his way to re-education camp.

How on earth could this have happened in our Modern Eden?
In the truly disturbing report below, the NSPCC identifies that "the number of offenders had risen 73% in ten years".
What on earth has happened to the local population in such a short time to generate such terrifying statistics?
Let's all hope Parliament is going to demand a forensic audit of these appalling numbers to determine the root cause, and act to reduce the threat to the children of that borough.
