The only blessing in disguise is the fire stations about 20 seconds
away...unbelievable photos, the bus must have hit the bridge at a fair speed
to make it out the other side, unless health was at fault absolutely diabolical driving....as one of the comments below says I wonder if it was EU labour at fault?

Wasn't there something in the news in the last few days about adding bridge height information to sat navs?

driver must have been p1ssed or lost to even drive a bus up st loy's road in the first place.

could have been worse there's a 10 footer up the next road! Crazy

the only thing you can think of, maybe as it was a private bus dropping people
off jed......even if lost no excuse to go under something you'd blatantly be
how to see you wouldn't get under so fast, took the whole sodding roof off before
stopping

Reported on sky news as a collision between a bus and a railway bridge
the railway bridge was evidently moving to fast to miss imo

collision between a bus and a railway bridge

That = Jonny foreigner was driving the bus!

How many industries are they involved in where they're dangerous? building sites,
drivers etc etc - some can't even speak English & we try to preach health & safety!
yet the people we let work here are damn right dangerous in some cases & a big danger
to the public....but any risk to try & prove they're failed experiment works.

They won't let me drive a bus...for various reasons

Put our own people first!

I would have missed that bridge...erm probably?
By:
Ron-Russian
When: 22 Oct 16 23:42
The bridge is 13.3 ft.

a bus is supposedly 14.4 ft.....

that bridge is obviously low i know the area well, you'd have to be some sort
of **** to get under it in a double decker bus.

it was a party bus, i think the driver must have been on the dance floor

at least when we **** europe off we might get back to normal metrics like feet
& inches.

how on earth would judge what 4.2 metres is as an example, all these garages
have it which means next to nothing to most people & a far closer judgement is
as it should be ie feet & sodding inches

I see it is down to metrication Ron, a plot to wreck our buses.

I preferred Greyhound Racing when they were in yards

No the bridges still have feet.

13.3 ft that one i think- which always proved feet & inches are more sensible
than metres
By:
Ron-Russian
When: 23 Oct 16 02:05
I know that bridge well, not personally.

& you'd have to be some sort of nut case to try & go under it in a bus.

probably not a nut case, just one of the valued EU workers doing one of the jobs
that the lazy British worker refuses to do

This is the reason it's so dangerous getting on a London bus now days.
they'll either crash you or possibly blow you up

i had family member bus drivers back in the normal days where they'd play snooker etc,
between shifts, a lovely job with a workforce that could get the job done.
an absolute lovely job, but a professional one,  same as cab driving, lorry driving
etc, but the elite think these sort of jobs can be done by any idiot at the expense
of the public's health.

Funny really that although most under50 taught in M/CM
most talk in feet/inches unless under 45 when they go"Where's mi calculator"

When go to deli counter i asked for 2/3 slices of this or that
instead of 200g

i have it from on scene emergency services jed that was the reason,
not guess work.

even if not realising some how your not in the road you thought you was you'd
think you'd notice the 2 foot + height distance Crazy

That's my concern at the moment, we're fast tracking people in to jobs and
putting the public at risk just to be politically correct
By:

he was heading towards the high road also, so not sure what
angle he come in from

as said previous the blessing was the fire station is 20 seconds away.

i see the driving style of these foreigners that's been brought to our roads day
in day out & its damn right dangerous - things like coming off at a junction at the
last second when they're in the 3rd lane cutting every sod up in lanes 1 & 2.
Junction after Junction this happens, how many people are the victim of idiots
that cause the accident then just carry on to cut some other poor sod up!

this has become normal practice & the bad driving style then rubs off to the normal
British person...add to this phone use whilst driving when people start veering into
the next lane without knowing etc etc the roads of the UK are without doubt a very
dangerous place to be, add to that your lucky to see a Police car in a whole day.

Time to all **** off to Greenland me thinks!

Look at what we've created, its realistically not safe to leave your
house now days, as cheap labour has consequences  - not for the people raking
the money in or your gary lineker types the normal people like you and me,
i put this up a while back....East London bus driver......absolute diabolical
driving, you can bet you life they just laid this driver off to go  and get another
job and put someone else's life at risk.

Pedestrian is knocked into the air and crushed against a fence after a bus ploughed into a parked car - but miraculously survives the smash

If only they could have found a White British lazy man to do the job Crazy

The fact is we to a degree have a far superior brain, so why would you not want
to employ your own? because the elite know they can take the p1ss out of these types
at the risk of YOUR health & safety (fact)
That Pimlico Plumber pr1ck is an absolute traitor to this country, showing his
boat as if hes looking out for this country - in the words of Joannie Taylor,
WHAT A CHEEK.

Why look elsewhere when you have the brain power already here?
