The only irony is that it was the brextits who said that the referendum would be r i g g e d and stfued about that pretty quickly after they won.

as with farage what the loons cant see is that even when trumps gone there,s still 45% of the people who despise clinton and probably about 65% who hate her,its just kicking the can down the rd for a few years, why clinton would want to be in charge of a country where 65,70% of the people think your a lying, thieving, scumbag only bill no,s,Wink
as conrad black said on QT last night a small interconnected clique has run the usa for over 30 years

They did as much as they could to rig it before the vote, world leaders flying in to scare the little people.

Saddo I hope brexit works out favourably for the UK but if in a couple of years we are in the **** I hope you have the balls to admit the brexiteers were wrong and don't try and shift the blame like a lot of others no doubt will.

Isn't Brexit the exactly wrong choice if you're scared of islamisation? The vast majority of your muslims come from commonwealth nations. Haven't there been rumblings about intensifying relations with those commonwealth nations again after Brexit, including immigration?

I think there's at least somewhat of a chance you'll end up trading gloriously Christian Poles and Romanians for gloriously muslim people from Pakistan and Banghladesh. Which I think is perfectly fine, mind, but I really have to question a Brexit choice out of fear of islamisation of the society.

now now edy stop that logical argument nonsense, you know that doesn't work with brextits and trumpers.

Edy, I have lived in West Yorks all my life and there is a fair chance I know more Pakistanis/Kashmiris than many on here do. I think we have done well integrating round here for a long and we had a kind of British Islam. Blair changed all that by allowing radicals to openly preach hatred for us, he even had police stopping traffic so one of them could sit in the street and tell us we should die. This kind of behaviour could have been nipped in the bud but was left to go on in the name of tolerance, and any criticism was ignored or squashed.
I was dismayed that some of the home grown terrorists were from round here because I see this Isis stuff as an Arab problem, and all the Pakistanis I know dislike arabs quite strongly.
By:

When: 21 Oct 16 13:21
Pakistan was already sponsoring and training jihadists when ISIS leaders were still pooing into their diapers. Extremism isn't exclusive to arab nations or people.

Not sure about the dude telling everyone to die. That sounds like a hella weird application of liberal values in the UK. Contrary to popular far-right believe, being centre or centre-left does absolutely not mean tolerating crime and hate speech just because someone belong to a minority. Nor is included in freedom of speech.

The vote to leave will have very little effect on immigration , I doubt very much anybody will be sent home and at best it will control numbers in about 10 years

I voted Brexit, because I think we need to control ALL immigration.

Otherwise our poor people cannot find work, and our young people have no future.

When I was younger I also opposed Commonwealth immigration I still do, because we are in recession.

For those who have skills we lack it is ok, but not mass unskilled immigration.

Mass immigration changes our society. A little immigration is always ok, gives us a bit of variety.

Blair was wrong on so many things

rofl if trump doesn't win Georgia he will be heading for complete humiliation.  To win the whitehouse, he has to win that state PLUS all the battleground states PLUS a good few that are presently polling as Clinton.

By:

there are dozens of markets - trump is fav to win georgia as he always has been.

This is the margin market (electoral college votes)

https://www.betfair.com/exchange/plus/#/politics/market/1.125797339

The close margins:

240-269 would be trump winning and 270-299 would be clinton winning

Or you could just accept your man is a dud and go with the favourite Clinton winning with 360 or more.

A couple of years!!!!?

I voted Brexit for the sake of my as yet unborn Grandchildren, trying to keep them free from the yoke of unelected, centralist foreign oppression.

That's why I can't take any Rmoander seriously with their 'oooooh the housing market' or 'Ooooooh the weak pound' or 'Oooh aren't you ashamed you've no plan' short-term bo110cks.

'A couple of years' my big fat sweaty hairy 'king of rock 'n roll' chuff!

Oh well Roger talk about hedging your bets if in say 20 years things are going bad you can then say you did it for your great grandchildren as in the long run it will hopefully have been worth it.

Ironic that the Democrats attack Trump for suggesting he may not accept a result. Wasn't it the democrats who challenegd the vote in florida when Bush won and his brother ran Florida,it delayed the decision for a couple of weeks. The man who told the governor to challenge it was a certain Mr Clinton, apparently !

The greeks are entirely responsible for their own demise.  They refused to reform their economy to protect vested interests.  After the debacle last year when the banks were shut, they finally agreed to reforms, but still have to be dragged kicking and screaming into a modern economy.

They should never have got in the EU, dave. They didn't meet the financial criteria and were sent away to fiddle the books and try again, so desperate was the USE to grow, and Germany to lend them money to buy German arms.
