Think you are right Zen Master - the economic consequences of Brexit are unknown but will be very much derived by how well (or not) the UK manages it themselves - will they be clever, inventive, forward thinking etc. Or the opposite.
This is my argument for Scottish Independence - I believe (like Brexit) the economic outlook is unknown but could be excellent if the right policies are enacted - but secondary to economic independence in the larger scheme of things.
