A good weekend for TRF, we won the inter forum comp against Talkinghorses I just landed a 100/1 winner in the snooker, Liang Wenbo, top 16 player no doubt about it, crazy price Not bad for someone who knows less than nothing......  |

I had Kyren Wilson at 250/1 for the World Championship he gave me a good run but lost in the Q/F's
Nice to land a big one, I had my brother around all day today and he kept on saying lay it off so extra proud of myself for saying no and holding my ground. |

One or two good sorts on TRF, but the place isn't a patch on what it was years ago. Even the industry guys used to post in my home(The Lounge) People like Rory and Ian Davies were regulars and lots more used to pop in. The chat room was always fairly busy as well, don't think they've got one now?

Agree pilsen old boy its not at all as dynamic ....apart from the bleaK , some memorable threads one with paul Haigh zorro host of industry bods and gamble who showed his true class in the end pauls missus had to bail him out

I didn't get tickets, live triple album coming out in time for Christmas, but I'm waiting for the DVD
 The Zorro thread was indeed epic. I posted under a different name on that. Zorro (Paul Haigh) works in Hong Kong now, but I'm sure you knew that. |

Yes, it was never in the Lounge. It was started on the main horse racing forum in the days when we had some great threads on the go. Might be a bit of rose-tinted going on there though.
