I have an elderley neighbour who's disabled from a very bad car crash...she walks normaly on one crutch - sometimes when she's really bad and in severe pain - on two crutches.
Quite rightly she has a disability parking badge.
She owns/drives a Honda Jazz Automatic.
Sometimes when she needs shopping ....she'll ask me to drive her to our local TESCO Supermarket (it's easier for her).
So last Wednesday ...off we go to TESCO's with me driving (she even has trouble getting in and out of the Car) ..and Park quite rightly in a "disabled Parking Bay"... we do the shopping - come back to the Car ...and some harse hole has keyed the Car, wrenched the nearside mirror nearly off and done the same to the Driver's side mirror !
What kind of brain dead preek does this ?
Poor woman was in tears.

Such a shame they weren't spotted and shown the error of their ways.
Probably visually impaired drivers parking either side of said car did the damage.
