I've have a substantial amount of  fluid around my left kneecap and i believe it has been caused by the fact that i drive 3,000 miles per month resulting in excessive use of the clutch pedal. The right knee is fine. After a bit of research i think that this may be a condition commonly called Clutch Knee.

Anyone else have experience of this?

Autos are boring, only had the one 30 odd years ago but I like to drive a car, and that means going up and  down the gears manually, for me.
