It concerns a psychotic, unprovoked knife attack, and ends in a savage killing in broad daylight on the streets of Islington. The killer is a Nigerian national, living in Britain on the flimsiest of pretexts, and presumably illegally so as his visa has expired.
For good measure, the killer is said to have had a history of 'Mental Issues" which thankfully for once don't appear to be linked to any Peaceful Religions.
If this wasn't enough of a warning sign, a few months before the killing he is caught in possession of a 30 inch knife and is said to have attacked a police officer trying to arrest him. Inexplicably, the charges are reported to have been dropped and he is therefore free to come and go as he pleases. With catastrophic results.
Is there ANYONE on here who can advise just why it was SO important for this individual to be allowed to live in Britain, seemingly without any supervision?
He is an African man who came to Britain, believe it or not, to take a course in African Studies. (That's a bit like me applying to a South Korean college to study Welsh History). Tragically, his victim was a much-respected scientist attempting to do something to help with Health and Sanitation in Africa.
To put the cherry on the cake, I'm sure the 'progressives' and apologists for foreign criminals will be pleased to learn that the killer isn't even in jail. He's being held in a BRITISH hospital indefinitely, and YOU are picking up the tab.

That is one less to be kept by taxpayers.Whatever he was fleeing he would have been pretty safe in France had he not been in the middle of the road at night trying to accost innocent travellers in an attempt to break into Britain.

French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said on Monday that many of the children at the "Jungle" camp had family in the UK.
When the camp is shut down, reportedly next week, most of the migrants will be sent to shelters in other areas of France but Mr Cazeneuve believes those with British connections should be allowed into the UK.
"I solemnly ask Britain to live up to its moral duty," he told French radio ahead of a meeting in London with UK Home Secretary Amber Rudd
How about France live up to its LEGAl (never mind Moral) duty and detain every one of the criminals at the Jungle who have not settled at the first safe haven (if they are genuine refugees), engaged with people smugglers, attempted to illegally board lorries, put up barricades in the road, and behave as if this was perfectly reasonable thing to do?
France used to have some backbone and live by the rule of well-tried and tested laws but it seems in this part of France, anything goes - and then they hide behind the fig-leaf of Britain's moral duty!!!

Most people if they had children family members in that place would do whatever it takes even move over there to help them. Instead they keep their lazy ar$es here claiming benefits and complaining that the British Govt should bring them here.
I would have thought attacking a policeman with a 30 inch blade would be fairly close.
Unless of course they are playing top trumps, and being African scores higher than attempted wounding.
I agree with treetop, those who let him walk free should be made to account for their actions.
