Told John Lewis that our washing machine was faulty 11 am Tuesday,repair man arrived 8 am today.Brilliant.

Hotpoint man takes two weeks to come out - then another two weeks for parts to come in after his visit - month to repair
 the office now phone you in that first two weeks to ask if YOU can diagnosis the problem so they will pre order  |
