Can you not just buy a Scart to HDMI cable?

I've got an N64. I'm guessing the cable has an RCA output (red yellow white pins). You can buy RCA to SCART adapters and RCA to HDMI adapters.

Alternatively you could always go down the emulator route (Project64 in your case)

Goldeneye was an utterly awesome game. 4 player split screen multiplayer with 3 mates was the nuts.

N64 for me, is one of the greatest consoles ever. It was way ahead of its time performance wise. ISS64, the precursor to pro evolution soccer, is one of the best football games ever.

International Track and Field on the 64 possibly the most underrated game ever. Spliff nirvana.

As has been suggested before RCA/Scart cables should do the trick. Have the set up on Nintendo Gamecube at home (cannot be parted with that generations better version of Resident Evil 4 to be honest).

Played that to death Echobelly. One of the best games ever made pushing a console to its absolute limits. Wind waker also a delight (although now I've had to play through it four times with my two children, it's starting to wear).

Now you mention Wind Waker DStyle is it not time to suggest the OP gets Ocarina Of Time for the N64???

OCARINA OF TIME was great.

Ocarina of time is of course another ground breaking game. Played it through a year ago with the older one, but it's a great deal more involved than windwaker which is just plain fun.

i don't play games very much these days (made time for things like Skyrim and GTA V on my PC), but it does seem there aren't many outstanding titles aimed at children anymore.

Can understand dragon dragging the old consoles out.

Don't know what it is.

I wouldn't go back to playing games from 20 years ago in case it ruined my impression of them even though I though the graphics were great at the time. I just imagine kids who had seen modern graphics would think they were pretty crap.
