Documentary film-maker Julien Temple turns his camera on London to explore the city's history from the beginning of the 20th century. Using a mixture of archive material and contemporary interviews, he reveals how the English capital has been shaped over the years by a succession of musicians, artists, writers, political radicals and counter-culture figureheads
I will give it a chance before it goes all bbc on me. |

My old man lived on Finnis St. in Bethnal Green near the Arches.
Anybody that lived in the area in the 50/60/70's and could give me any local colour of the times would be appreciated. He left me when I was a nipper and never saw him again....he died in BG in the late 80's |
