waste of time and often dangerous.

oil capsules - ok, vit D - from sunlight preferred.

white pills for minerals, dangerous. calcium in multivitamins and by itself cannot be absorbed and can cause plaques to build up. can raise the chance of a heart attack. Calcium needs various other ingredients to be absorbed into the body. 1)strong stomach acid to brek it down 2)silica to assimilate it 3)vit c 4)k2 k3 vit from meat. - just swallowing white pills will not help you. first symptoms will be pains in kidneys.

NATURAL sources should be sought rather than pills and capsules.

veg, fruit, seeds, brazils, mineral salt, protein without hormones/antibiotics. clean water.

read vitamin D - improves bone health, as it's an oil I recommend it.
some studies said you are less likely to get cancer too by 76 percent.
Selenium found in brazil nuts also can cut down cancer.

so five brazils a day and a couple of capsules of oil ?

You would not believe me if I did deny itLaugh

I admit I am a misogynist.Blush

Despite this I do have concern about the way in Western society, we wish to change the role of the sexes .
A lot of this has happened in my lifetime.

A few things I would question?

We are becoming ridiculously risk adverse in Western Societies, this is a female  influence.

If women want to perform their own role as wives and mothers, and work as men do. They are doing two jobs not one, is this efficient.
What does this leave men with.

If women are not doing their normal women's role....who is doing this?
The price here is that men are being forced back to their stereotypical role of violence.
I think our societies and world are growing more violent.

If women rule, how stable is this, we would have the weak(women) ruling the strong(men).

Also however hard we try women are not the same as men and never will be. If they were, we would only have one sex.

I could go on, but it is all in the same vein.

The only solution is in our voting system, women have a majority of voters, this needs to be dealt with.

Anyway I am so misogynistic , I detract from my own arguments.

So people are free to ignore my postsHappy

In fact most doSad

It sounds a bit like you are saying that when men are violent to women, that it is women's fault and that they are forcing them into this action. I think your definition and my definition of the word "forcing" may be a little different.

I also don't seem to get the bit where you say "If women want to perform their own role as wives and mothers, and work as men do. They are doing two jobs not one".

Surely when men perform their role as husbands and fathers and work then they are performing two jobs not one as well. Or are you saying that being a wife and a mother is a job, but being a husband and a father is not a job.

I am not saying men are more violent to women, in fact they are less violent, it is more to other men.

Surely when men perform their role as husbands and fathers and work then they are performing two jobs not one as well. Or are you saying that being a wife and a mother is a job, but being a husband and a father is not a job.

The main 'job' of a husband and father is to support his family. Women's main job, traditionally, was to deal with the house and kids.

In the past, women would sometimes not have a husband and children and choose to work full time. They made a choice.
Now they expect to do both.....that is not reasonable.

I accept women work part time, to support their husband's income.

I think we are redefining the roles of the sexes in the West and it is a mistake.
Only posterity will decide who is right here.

I have done it or witnessed it. But I have experienced how much women can wind men up. I have felt the temptation.

Platini - you get plenty but natural light but not all year (4-6 months supply from UVB light depending on where you live)  - the body stores for a few months  depending on the amount there is to start with  .

In the best case scenario you will be depleted by December .

If youre fanatical about it you could fly off below 30 deg latitude and top up .

or supplement,

but unlikely you'd face any ill effects  in any case.
some folk never go out in the sunlight but still get by  - but could be the cause of certain problems in later life  and depression ,   still a lot unknown .

Women have done well out of me. My regret is I no longer have the property or money to pay someone
to live with me(for companionship) and I am too old to earn it now. I suffer from isolation.

When I did have a career, property and money...nothing special.
I fell in love, but the female used it to destroy me, I lost everything.
