Driving passed a particularly fine house yesterday, and there were flowers next to a demolished gate post.

Found out later that a forty year old man was hit by a twenty three year old in a Vauxhall Corsa.
Had either one of them been a couple of seconds earlier or later the result would have been totally different!

I may be wrong in automatically assuming that the car driver was to blame, based on the stereotype reputation so we will see later.

What is weird is that I pass here regularly in the car, or on my bike, and have never seen another person on foot, because of where this place is!

Either way you couldn't choreograph this incident to achieve the outcome as was!

It does occur that perhaps he was a cyclist, because there is an on footpath cycle lane that feeds you back onto the road, just before where the collision happened!

I remember reading about someone who got killed in a car accident on the way to/from some Cup semi final a couple of years ago.

When there was only 4 balls left the presenter said give them another shake. That's why I remembered it, as it was unusual with only 4 balls left.

If he hadn't said that there's a 66.6% chance the person would still be alive.

Just one second earlier, or later, would have had a different outcome!!
