What is the event called where they chuck something backwards?

Saw a couple doing it yesterday......

There have been a series of really really white individuals winning the sprint races on the track.
What's going on?
Are they albino or is being criple stigmatised in the black communities?

some good stuff but also some real silliness - athletes with conditions which don't impair them in their chosen event

Meaningless Olympics except for the participants and their families.As a viewing spectacle its in the realms of watching WBA v Stoke.I know plenty will disagree buts its just my honest opinion.

I thought the para olympics was for elite regiments !
