anybody having problems with the betfair app on their mobile phone

yes. I keep losing.

yes - i installed it and my phone stopped working immediately.

Must be geared to apple phones? or particular phones.

Had to revert my phone to factory settings and I lost all my contacts.
luckily I keep a notebook and I typed them all back in -

only took a few hours.

One thing it does that really, really annoys me - when I open it up, it tries to connect, but if there is a weak signal, I just get a white screen and NOTHING happens. It took me ages to realise what was going on. Surely a message after x seconds to tell me it cannot connect is too much to ask?

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7 using Android, so it is new technology.
