Did get some smart LCD Lightbulbs in there few months back , went back to stock up but haven't seen em since , £6 in Asda
Usually just pop in to stock up on kitchen roll , batteries , parcel tape & crisps , do quality chocolate like Ruffle bars & After eights , even saw Boosts & Lion Bars ![]() |

Poundland is great if you get the right things, some stuff is genuinely a lot cheaper. But for example I bought two different LED torches from there, I think they lasted about 10 minutes each. But some other stuff is a bargain. DIY stuff for moderate use etc. A LED head torch is still going strong and I'm sure same exact one is much more expensive in other places.

Surprisingly, Poundland accept AMEX credit cards (well they do in my town) and don't charge extra for paying with it.

home bargains - can get stuff for 10p.
korma sauce 39p - fk yooz supermarket gougers . reasonable prices. I don't feel as if there's someone in my pocket. supermarkets need to readjust their prices. open smaller shops more locally. |
