Seems like a storm about nowt,so many people enjoy getting outraged for the sake of it.
I saw this and thought it was quite funny tbh.
But let's assume for the moment it was " casual racism ". The line was uttered by a youngish woman,who is always portrayed as not the brightest,who didn't even know what she was talking about as she would have been too young to remember the series. She said it was something her mother or gran used to say. The people who are protesting seem to think Coronation St is a documentary.
