It's almost become routine, someone shouting nasty words at a muslim on a bus attracts more media attention and outrage these days.

I think this whole 'not ruling out mental illness' line is canny, 'politically-correct-but-we-know-what-the-real-deal-here-is' way of informing us what we already suspect.

Maybe the we've got the BBC wrong all along and they think adherence to Islam is a mental illness?

For those of us on the outside it's the cover up that then follows. Most sinister.

UK police, Oz police BOTH using this mental health excuse very early after a murder. The cover up is worldwide and one can only guess where all this ends..

No need for a cover up. Name the problem and solve it.

People with mental illnesses need to be cared for and it is not nice to deningrate them with these problems.

BBC lunchtime news reported today a 29 year old Frenchman has been arrested.Smail Ayad he is called i had to look that bit up.

I'm surprised the bbc have mentioned this today at all, given their lack of sympathy for these poor victims who die in brutal circumstances because of you know who.
