Quite a lot of "healthy" food is dangerous if uncooked. Kidney beans for a start. Don't eat any venomous insects, whether raw or cooked, with the obvious exception of scorpions.
Vegetables are mostly poisonous. Tomatoes, potatoes and tobacco are closely related. Leave them alone. Rhubarb leaves and roots usually involve undertakers. Grains of any kind are best used for alcohol. Fruits, except tomatoes, are usually safe but, like grains, are best fermented. Get your proteins and fats from animals, you'll get enough traces of carbohydrates there too. You don't need tea or coffee. That's just the devil's way of getting you to swallow milk and sugar. |

i was suspicious of potatoes? my doctor made a by the way comment.
'you should stop eating potatoes?' but I was thinking maybe he meant chips? but I think If they're in the deadly nightshade family, maybe cutting them back to once a week is a good idea. The family includes the Datura or Jimson weed, eggplant, mandrake, deadly nightshade or belladonna, capsicum (paprika, chile pepper), potato, tobacco, tomato, and petunia. |
