"going forward" at the end of every other sentence seems to be dying out, thankfully. hopefully the use of "So" at the beginning of sentences (presumably in an attempt to sound authoritative) will go the same way.

The one I hate the most is the use of "disconnect" as a noun. This one is so widespread among politicians and journalists/broadcasters, that, I fear we may never be rid of it.
