they had to go away from it ,the commentator must not have done his home work,15 of the 27 were all in black with white bathing caps.
poor commentator was struggling badly did not know what to say,finally after 1o mins he said"a bit of chop in the water ,that should suit keri anne(that the british swimmer),she has a red cap,"but the problem is 6 of the swimmers have red caps"

Disappointing commentary. Get the impression Adrian Moorhouse has never watched a 10 k race before. In the Beijing race they were all together almost all the way.
Thommo would love a go at commentating on the swimming....

The Egyptian is struggling, her name is fantastic, if only I could pronounce it. The Slovenian Perse has nothing left, she must have been a member of my hotline. No Frankie in this race or Hanagan the splashagan, but there is a favourite out there somewhere, I hope she hasn't drowned....
A kilo furlong to go and the Dutch woman Van Rowntreedaal leads, she's looking good for gold, could be a close one for second between Italy and France, but Brazil are there too and storming home. A few metres to go, Van Rowntreedaal has hacked up and wins gold, neck and neck for silver, Bruni for Italy, Muller for france, it's gonna be close, they're real close, contact made, contact made, Muller mullers Bruni, that's interference, that's a PHOTO, that's one for the judge, could also be a stewards, Muller may be in trouble and the stewards are likely to dish up her just deserts. Okimoto will have to wait for a possible bronze medal. What a thriller.
