Has Redgrave fooked off, I noticed earlier as the camera cut away that he rolled his eyes and was obviously pi55ed off with Inverdale for not going to him for a comment, he also mentioned before that, that he couldn't get a word in edgewise!

Missed this one, sorry.
A designated steerer does it, by applying pressure to the rudder via one of their feet. Usually the bow rower but occasionally the stroke. Never actually seen the set up though for this, so can't give you any more info than that, sorry. |

Yeah, saw on wiki after - would love to hear what people like him think about Islam in the west. I doubt his mum is wearing the veil nonsense.

at the end of my link he speaks about islam.
he said if he wins it should hopefully raise awareness again that islam is a positive religion & shouldn't be seen negatively & hopefully one that's growing & strong & that is here to stay also the other competitors learnt alot from him whenhe was training & fasting, a side of humility , a side that everyones equal! i was hoping we might see the back of it within a couple of years |

they use their feet - rudder.
once in the boat they anchor themselves by sitting on the rubber stick. In later years they use a lot of pile cream. |
