the article yesterday in the metro was a bit vague - Climate scientists
have warned the earth is perilously close to breaking through a 1.5c
upper limit for global warming. Just eight months after the target was set.

Does that mean 1.5 degrees up in eight months or some other time frame?
thirty years since
they formed the organisation. (Paris climate talks)

COZ 1.5c rise in a year over the world is huge. It was projected to rise 2c in 1975
by a solar scientist talking in horizon for the next forty years? taking us to 2015.
