Im going with pretty much anything that was created as a cheaper alternative of a decent product, simply on the auspices of 'value' but really about opportunism by sending off to China to get it made on the cheap.
A running example, the Silverline 'workbench'
Its £20 retail, a decent workbench costs at least £50.
The £20 workbench is a false economy as its utter garbage and needs replacing.
The old adage 'buy cheap, pay twice' is relevant for most stuff nowadays.

Budget printer ink cartridges - buy the genuine printer inks. Yes, maybe they are double the price, but they will contain about 4 times as much ink as the cheapo cheapo so called budget 'compatible' ink cartridges.

i inject the inks? just takes a day to settle? be prepared with cycling them out.
pen manufacturers... a pack of five permanent pens - all black. I only use black, fk off with the red, blue and green ones. |
