People fly to weddings, funerals, see dying relatives,  ob interviews, their only holiday they can afford for years, may not have travel insurance and so on.

If I were Home Secretary i'd authorise the police to give them a warning to disperse and if they fail to do so to shoot a half a dozen or so 'pour encourager les autres'.
