cheaper to buy than rent, crazy world

we used to rent so we could save a deposit !

interest rate was about 18% for my first mortgage payment

nothing seems real these days, must be some massive bubbles
caused by the circumstances

A lot of saving rates are so low now it may not be possible to cut them which means they may not be able to pass the cut to borrowers.

Osborne said interest rates would go up after Brexit. They are all making this up as they go along. The banks are fcked. We need people that will face that reality and act accordingly.
