brassy, I don't wish to be rude, but is there a chance that you were ever dropped on your head as a child?

I like all music.in fact I can tell you to listen to a song that sounds cat before you play it but it is a really powerful hymn.
And I bet when you play it you will like it no matter if you believe in a god or not.i am not trying to convert anybody its just a great video.its called JESUS CHRIST YOU ARE MY LIFE,but you have to play the one from the movie =a lentel reflection.its really powerful stuff.lets say its different. |

Night Owl.
Different lyrics, different woodwind instrument solo, otherwise it was Baker Street. |

It does sound similar, Facts

Very good, but my absolute favourite Rafferty song is a lesser known one called 'Don't Give Up On Me'. Superb!

I adore the saxophone solo on baker street. I like saxophone on other records too.

Aka I don't like that jangly stuff it hurts my ears. Love baker Street but don't think I've heard Night Owl.
|

That was the most played record on the radio for years Foinavon.
One of my favourites. |

Have just listened to "Night Owl" on You Tube. Not bad but never seems to get going rather like a 5 minute long intro. Perhaps if I listened to it again it might grow on me. Much prefer the sax of Baker Street to the flute playing of this tune.

Nice number ...but I prefer "Baker Street" with that awesome Sax solo.
