Asks me to sign up to watch anything on All 4. Anyone done this?

C4 seemed to a bit slow going to all smart TVs. Last time I missed something on c4 I wanted to watch that I tried to watch online,it asked me sign up - so I didn't, they can f3ck off.
I set up a Now tv for someone and I think it had 4od or whatever, I can't remember putting in any details, maybe the signup details are passed quietly from Sky.
