As Jed says more to this than meets the eye, no other paper from the scene is legible, if the passage deals with punishment then the complaint is more to do with the koran being seen to not be the religion of peace I suspect than anything else.

I reckon this event must have been brought on by the stresses of working in the overstretched Fire Service. He's quite possibly suffering from some form of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

I reckon if you played the soundtrack backwards, you might well discover that their previously unfathomable verbal gibberish would quickly reveal any number of examples of Hate Speech.

My guess is that no-one would be spared their vicious verbal onslaught, whether it was the Sacred Holy Texts, '3-2-1 with Ted Rogers and Dusty Bin' or even Frankie Bough.
